The 2024 China (Shanghai) International Heavy Machinery Equipment Exhibition was grandly held in Shanghai from November 5th to 8th, 2024. Co-organized by the China Heavy Machinery Industry Association, the China Machinery Industry Federation, and Hannover Milano Fairs Shanghai Co., Ltd., the event attracted numerous renowned enterprises and industry elites from around the world to explore the future development trends of heavy machinery equipment.
At the opening ceremony, Jing Xiaobo, the Executive Vice President of the China Heavy Machinery Industry Association, delivered an important speech.
Wang Jisheng, the Deputy President and Secretary-General of the China Heavy Machinery Industry Association, presided over the ceremony.
Jiangxi Gold Intelligence Service Engineering Co., Ltd (GIS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nanchang Mineral Systems Co., Ltd. (NMS), was invited to participate in the exhibition. GIS showcased the moving cone liner and fixed cone liner models of the single-cylinder cone crusher CC100. The model, scaled at 27:1, vividly displayed the internal structure of the cone liners, making it easier for customers to understand their performance and advantages. Unlike the model, the actual cone liners are made of high manganese cast steel (ZGMn18Cr2). The higher carbon and alloy element content not only provide better wear resistance and thermal cracking resistance but also offer higher toughness, hardness, and superior mechanical properties (including yield strength, tensile strength, and elongation), making the liners more reliable under complex stress states.
In addition, GIS showcased high-quality polyurethane anti-blocking screen panels produced by NMS New Technology material Co.,Ltd. (a subsidiary of NMS), and introduced in depth the product support service system solution provided by GIS to the exhibition guests, fully showcasing the crushing and screening components products and demonstrating its outstanding strength in producing wear-resistant spare parts.
During the exhibition, GIS’s booth attracted the attention of many industry experts and customers. Leaders such as Li Qi, Vice President of the China Machinery Industry Federation, Jing Xiaobo, Executive Vice President of the China Heavy Machinery Industry Association, and Dr. Kerkler, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hannover Messe GMBH, visited GIS’s booth and highly praised the company’s products and technology.
GIS’s participation not only showcased its own strength but also actively engaged in the communication platform of the Crushing and Grinding Committee. As the president unit of the committee, NMS actively promotes in-depth exchanges and cooperation among the member units. GIS actively participates in various activities organized by the association and maintains close cooperation with member units, jointly promoting the development of the Chinese crushing and grinding equipment industry with its parent company, NMS.
